Why do telephone companies suck?
So, one thing I've learned in my years involved with telecom companies and as a consumer is that telecom customer service sucks. Not just a little either. They always suck and every time they can't get anything right. We are dealing with Sprint who have managed to mangle our account and are now threatening to turn off Kelly's phone. It all started when we made the fatal mistake of changing the phone to her name so she could get the discount offered through her employer. I think Sprint has decided to make the experience as painful as possible to punish us for wanting to save 15% on our bill.
So, in an open statement to all customer service agents of all telecos: YOU SUCK. PLEASE STOP.
Ok, I feel better now. On to more jovial and entertaining useless rants. I'm 1 day from ending my class. WOOHOO! I now am officially 1 class away from finishing my MBA. That will happen in Feb. I plan to drink heavily after my last day of class. Oh, I caught a movie last night so here is my review:
This movie is about one of the most famous porn stars of all time, John Holmes. It is not, however, about his porn career. It is about this alleged involvement in a quadruple homicide in LA. It was actually well done and well acted. Val Kilmer starred as John and there were a host of other top celebs in the movie. Good flick that was pretty dark but entertaining. 4 of 5 stars.
Alexander looks like it is going to be a very good flick. I hope it lives up to the hype.
