Wow, Is This Monday?
Do you ever have a day that is so bad you swear it is Monday? I know today is Thursday, but it doesn't feel like it. I think Monday and Thursday swapped this week. Perhaps Monday needed a vacation from being Monday. I mean, it has to suck being Monday, right? :-)
Anyway, my day has been interesting. You see, I manage people. And in managing people you always have some element of uncertainty. In my line of work there are many: technical competency, following process accurately and "softskills". Lately, we can't seem to get on track with processes. What the ....?
No one wants to read my blog to hear about work. Blah blah, yadda, yadda... ENOUGH OF WORK!
